These are some tips and tricks which is mostly given by famous chef. They say that there are many ways to make classical apple pie but I am especially going to use a simple way of making apple pie that guarantees to cook Apple surrounded by the gently spicy sauce.

The steps of making this apple pie are very simple but it may take a little extra time. Well, here we gonna skip precooking the sauce or Apple.

If you go for Apple, we use lots of variety of Apple in apple pie. Mostly in my case, I love to use two or three varieties of Apple to give an amazing and delicious flavor to Apple Pie.

They don’t break Apple to make Apple Pie filling. Instead, we peeled and slice apples thinly in the large bowl. After that, we coat Apple with sugar, salt and Spices.

When the apple is coated with sugar, salt and spices and set the bowels aside and let the apples sit for about an hour and a half.

In this one and half hour, the sugar, salt and Spices react with the apple and release the spices + sweet liquid from the mixture of Apple filling. Due to this reaction, Apple too gets soft.

Well, to make a pie recipe you can also use tropic flour starch but I have used corn starch.

• 250 gram all purpose flour (Pie dough made of all-purpose flour top and bottom of 9-inch pie crust)

• 7 to 11 Apple

• 1/2 cup (100 gram) light or dark brown sugar

• 1/2 cup granulated sugar

• 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

• 1/4 teaspoon ground Ginger

• 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

  1. Peel 7 to 11 apples and cut them into thin slices.
  2. Collect all thin sliced apple in a large bowl.
