  • 2 cup  sliced Sapota Chikoo fruit
  • 1/2  cup  fresh heavy cream cold
  • 3/4  cup  sweetened condensed milk
  • 2  tablespoons  milk powder
  • 1  tablespoons  powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoon cocoa powder

Chikoo Ice Cream at Home Step By Step

  1. First, peel the Chikoo fruit which is main ingredient of this ice cream.

  2. Now put Chikoo aside.

  3. After that take a big bowl and add all ingredients such as powdered sugar, fresh heavy cream, milk powder and condensed milk.

  4. If you don't want to add milk you can simply add condensed milk.

  5. Now add all quit Chopped chikoo in hand blender or mixer jar to blend it finally we got Chikoo Pulp to add in all ingredients.

  6. Add chikoo in Big Bowl and blend it with all ingredient properly.

  7. Now, freeze it for two hour.

  8. Take out ice cream and blend it after two hour to reduce crystallization in ice-cream.

  9. Again put chikoo ice cream in freezer but in air tight container for 10 hour.

  10. Our creamy and fresh ice cream is ready.
