•          50 gram Cucumber

•          25 gram Red onion

•          10 Basil leaf

•          40 gram Black olive

•          25 gram Italian herb

•          ¼ cup Olive oil

•          1/6 cup Lemon juice

•          2 ounce Feta cheese

•          1 Garlic Cloves

•          ¼ cup Honey

•          1/2 tablespoon Dried Basil oregano

Greek salad horiatiki step by step:

1. Cut Big piece of feta cheese in medium size as given in the salad picture.

2. Cut all raw ingredients in a greek salad such as fresh tomato, cucumber, black Olive and red onion.

3. Do not cut Basil leaf and Italian herbs.

4. Now mix all Greek salad dressing materials such as olive oil, lemon juice, honey and dried oregano.

5. Now, mix all Greek salad dressing material with raw material.

6. Finally put pieces of feta cheese on the salad.

7. Spring a little more dried oregano.

8. Your Greek salad is ready. Enjoy it!

Notes:

Leftover: You can serve it for two nights by putting it in the refrigerator in a tight container.
