Ingredient needed to make 1-4 large 9-inch cake

  • 1 cup (125 gram) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup (22 gram) cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup (150 gram)  sugar
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

For frosting of whipping cream

  • 1 cup (235 ml) whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla pudding mix

Decorating chocolate cake

  • ¼ cup (60 ml) simple syrup
  • 4 chocolate balls
  • 20 gram chocolate chips
  • 180 gram dark chocolate
  • 20 gram chocolate curls

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Greece and set the 3 x 6 inch or two in 2 x 8 inch rounded parchment paper in the baking pan.
