- 1 kg sugar

Tagar Recipe Step by Step
- First we will keep the gas on the pan and then add as much sugar as you want.
- Add the sugar and add a glass of water to it. We have to add much water to the sugar as the sugar gets soaked in it.
- The sugar solution has to be run time to time. We are going to cook it on high flame and slowly the solution will thicken, keeping in mind that we have to run equal.
- After that, when it becomes very thick, check it. To check the tagar / boora, drop a little boora in a vessel and if it dries, then understand that the boora is ready.
- Keep stirring it evenly as it dries it will turn brown. When it becomes brittle, understand that your tagar is ready.
- You can make sweets whatever you want with this Tagar Recipe.

Caution and Suggestion while Making Tagar Recipe at Home:
- It is very easy to prepare the Boora. Just a little we need to pay attention that the gas should be stopped when the solution starts to get thick. You should keep pressing it with a spoon.
- When you start making the Tagar, add two teaspoons of milk to it, after that the sugar dirt gets removed with the foam.
