- 2 cup cabbage
- 2 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 capsicum medium sized long cut
- 2 onion medium sized long cut
- 50 grams cauliflower medium size long cut
- 4 teaspoons oil
- 2 tomatoes cut into medium size long
- 1 piece coriander finely chopped
- ½ cup green peas
- salt as per taste
- 1 teaspoon Green Chili Sauce
- 2 teaspoons tomato sauce
- 2 green chilies chopped long
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric

- First, put the gas on the pan and then put 2 cups of water in it.
- After that, wait the water to boiling.
- When the water starts boiling then add noodles to it, and then add salt and two teaspoons of oil.
- Then cook it for 5 to 6 minutes. After that, check it if it is boil, then understand that the noodles are cooked.
- Then filter the noodles by filter in the bowl.
- Then we will make the noodles and add oil in the pan.
- When oil is hot, add cumin seeds.
- Add onion; roast it till it becomes light brown.
- Add green chilies, cabbage, cauliflower, green peas, tomatoes, capsicum, turmeric and salt.
