  • 2 packet noodles
  • 2 cup cabbage
  • 2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 capsicum ( medium sized long cut)
  • 2 onion (medium sized long cut)
  • 50 grams cauliflower (medium size long cut)
  • 4 teaspoons oil
  • 2 tomatoes ( cut into medium size long )
  • 1 piece coriander finely chopped
  • ½ cup green peas
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 teaspoon Green Chili Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons tomato sauce
  • 2 green chilies (chopped long)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric

  1. First, put the gas on the pan and then put 2 cups of water in it.

  2. After that, wait the water to boiling.

  3. When the water starts boiling then add noodles to it, and then add salt and two teaspoons of oil.

  12. Add green chilli sauce, tomatoes, soy sauce, vinegar, green coriander and mix it well. The noodles are ready, now take them out in a plate and serve.
