- 6 soft pav
- 4 big potatoes
- 1 cabbage
- 2 large onions
- 5 medium size tomatoes
- 1 Inch Ginger
- 8-10 garlic buds
- 3 Green Chillies
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons Pav BhajiMasala
- ½ teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chill powder
- 2 pieces of lemon

Preparation to make pav bhaji
- Collect the ingredients given in the photo.
- First of all peel the potato and cut it in great piece, wash the cabbage too and cut it in great piece, cut capsicum and remove its seeds, then again cut it in great piece. Take, wash the chopped vegetables thoroughly and cook in a deep pan.
- When the bhaji becomes soft, check the potatoes. If the potato is bursting then understand that our bhaji is cooked. Remove it in big plate.
- Mash boiled vegetable completely.
- Peel the green peas, peel and chop the onion, cut it in great piece, chop the chili peppers into large pieces, put the garlic chili ginger in a jar and grind the tomatoes very finely in a big jar, finely grind it.
Method of making bhaji of Pav Bhaji
- Turn on the gas and keep a pan, add oil to it and add a spoon of cumin seeds, then fry them.
- Then add finely chopped onion, chili, ginger, garlic paste.
- Then put Pav bhaji Special Masala, coriander powder, after that add grind coriander, turmeric, Kashmiri chili.
- Cook for a minutetill it become light brown then add tomato paste to it and the tomato. After that,add salt as per the taste.
- Add the mashed potatoes, capsicum, peas, to the cauliflower, mix them well with a large spoon, add the hard water.
- Then drink it for 20 minutes. Indicate the gas on the medium flame, and then squeeze the lemon and the coriander in it.
